“Beyond Revenge” is a novel treatment on the archaic – and at same time redhot – topic of the vengeance; relating the personal with the social and the
historic. Immerge in the history of western culture to find the way how vengeance became institutionalized and how it was possible to become a constitutive part of our actual culture, including art and religion.
But the impacting force of the documentary is in the testimonies of people who became aware of how vengeance was affecting them profoundly in their lives
and they share with us courageously their experiences and their comprehensions.
